In Math, we’ll continue with Topic 6, Numbers to 100. We’ve been practicing counting to 100. We’ll are also learning about number patterns. Our vocabulary for this topic is hundred chart, column, row, count by 2’s, and count by 10’s. Please practice counting to 100 and writing the numbers 0-20 at home. Keep up the great work!
Just a friendly reminder that even though I do not assign written homework, students are expected to review sight words, DIBELS practice, and read their leveled reader every night as homework.
It’s time to start preparing for NSE’s 4th annual Chinese Auction! Our class’ basket theme will be “Household Products” (cleaning supplies, plates, napkins, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, Ziploc bags, paper cups, plastic utensils, garbage bags etc.) More information will be sent home about the class’ basket. The auction will be held at NSE on Saturday April 8th and Sunday April 9th. You may “Shop and Drop” from 10:00 to 5:00 on Saturday and 12:00-3:00 on Sunday. The auction will start promptly at 3:00 on Sunday. Every student will receive a free sheet of tickets if they attend the auction. Donations of prizes are greatly appreciated!!
