Next week in Reading we will continue Unit 4 Let’s Explore. We will be reading the story One Little Mouse. We will continue to discuss adventures. Students will also learn about consonant blends and sequence. In Phonics we will be learning about the short sound of the vowel “Ee” as in egg, elephant, and excellent. Word List 11 will come home today and be tested Friday, February 10th. In math we’ll work with Geoboards again. We’ll also learn more about measuring, patterns, and some, some went away story problems.
Tuesday was the 100th day of school, can you believe it? Make sure you ask your child about all the fun “100” activities that we did.
