Please note... There is a sign off sheet on the last page of the student handbook that needs to be signed and returned as soon as possible.
All Kindergarten students MUST wear their bus tag for the first 2 weeks.
Today we started math and the class really enjoyed it. Please reinforce what we are teaching by asking students to tell you the day of the week, the month, and the year. Also, ask your child to sing about how we write the number 1!
There is a teacher contact sheet behind the menu in your child's folder today. Feel free to contact us any time :)
A Few Notes After the First Day....
Our class had a TERRIFIC first day of Kindergarten!
We do not have access to a refrigerator so please plan accordingly for snack and lunch.
Parents need to pack snack for their child every day. We will not be doing a "class snack."
Please remind your child if they are suppose to eat breakfast when they get to school and also if they are buying a school lunch or packed their own. There was a lot of confusion today about buying or packing lunch.
Specials Schedule for the remainder of the week: Tuesday- Art, Wednesday- Music, Thursday- Gym, and Friday- Computers
